Pathbrand Fulfillment Policy
Pathbrand is committed to clarity and fairness in all client engagements. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for our services, including All-in-One Website subscription plans and Web Design & Development projects. Please read the following sections carefully to understand our billing practices, cancellation rules, refund eligibility, and project guidelines.
1. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies based on the type of service provided:
Website Subscription Plans (All-in-One Website Plans)
- No Refunds on Monthly Payments: Once a billing cycle begins, payments are non-refundable, even if a client chooses to stop using the service.
- Cancellation Does Not Trigger a Refund: If a client cancels their plan mid-month, the service will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
- Annual Subscriptions: If a client has prepaid for an annual subscription, they may cancel before the renewal date, but no refunds will be issued for unused months.
Web Design & Development Projects
- Initial Deposit: After an initial deposit is made, the client has 10 days to request a refund if Pathbrand decides not to move forward with the project.
- Work-in-Progress Refunds: If a project is canceled mid-progress (by either Pathbrand or the client), the client must pay for all work completed up to that point. Any remaining unused balance may be refunded at Pathbrand’s discretion.
- Revisions & Scope Changes: Three revisions are included by default. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
2. Shipping or Delivery Policy
Since Pathbrand provides digital services, we do not ship physical goods. However, the following delivery timelines apply to our services:
Website Subscription Plans
- Websites are typically launched within 2-4 weeks after all necessary content and approvals are received from the client.
- Ongoing maintenance, hosting, and updates are provided on a rolling basis as part of the subscription plan.
Web Design & Development Projects
- Delivery timelines vary based on project scope. Estimated timelines will be provided in the project agreement.
- Clients must provide requested assets (logos, images, copy, etc.) on time to prevent project delays.
- Completed website files and digital assets will be delivered via email, cloud storage, or directly uploaded to the client’s hosting platform.
3. Return Policy & Process
Since all Pathbrand services are custom digital products, we do not accept returns. However, if a client experiences an issue with a delivered project, we offer the following solutions:
- Bug Fixes: If a website or project contains errors due to our work, we will fix them at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.
- Service Adjustments: If a client is dissatisfied with a delivered website or design, we will work within the agreed scope and revision limits to make necessary changes.
- Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Services: Once work has been delivered and approved, refunds or returns are not permitted.
4. Cancellation Policy
Pathbrand allows clients to cancel subscriptions and project contracts under the following conditions:
Website Subscription Plans
- Clients can cancel anytime, but services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Web Design & Development Projects
- If a client cancels a project before completion, they must pay for all work done up to the cancellation date.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only for uncompleted work not already delivered to the client.
- Excessive cancellations or failure to communicate may result in refusal of future service.
Pathbrand’s Right to Cancel Services
- Pathbrand reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client violates our terms, including but not limited to:
- Non-payment or failure to meet contractual obligations.
- Using Pathbrand services for illegal or unethical activities.
- Excessive scope changes that deviate significantly from the original project agreement.
